At Bunker Mentality, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your golf apparel, so we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our process is designed to get you back on the fairway as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and featuring all original Bunker Mentality branding tags before starting your return.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel, then drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email the moment it is complete.
